People nowadays are spending too much time working and spend too little time sleeping. That is why most of us need a cup or more of a caffeinated beverage in order to keep us going. Caffeine is one substance that can surely keep your eyes open. This it the reason why people drink caffeinated beverages twice a day. caffeinated beverages are the best friends of every student. In fact we see a lot of these people inside coffee shops sipping their favorite cup of caffeinated beverage like the espresso.
Different people have different preferences some people like their coffees hot others like it cold. There are also some who prefer it a bit more concentrated like espresso. In simpler terms though espresso is concentrated coffee which is made by forcing hot water through finely ground coffee beans and because of espresso is usually used a base for some caffeinated beverages.
A cup of espresso or espresso based beverage can already jump start your day keeps you going. Just remember not to drink too much or else you might find yourself unable to sleep at all.
